Although we are geographically agnostic, we only invest in markets where we have experience and/or long-standing relationships with operating partners.

We invest across the capital stack, including mezzanine/preferred investments, GP co-invest equity, and JV equity, as well as wholly-owned projects.

We have a portfolio of more than 10 projects, comprising both development and cash-flow producing properties across several markets.
