PPAF invested in 4101 Laclede through a mezzanine debt structure to fund the acquisition and development of the property.  4101 Laclede consists of 54 modern, luxury residences and an additional 6,287 sf of ground floor retail space, just steps away from the most important destinations in the city of St. Louis.  Located at a main-and-main spot in the city, the property is close to institutions such as Cortex, BJC Hospital, Euclid Shopping Corridor, Forest Park, Washington University Medical School, and Saint Louis University.
